The renovated non-smoking apartment is located in the basement of a renovated old building from 1872 and is suitable for up to 4 people.
1 room with a double bed (1.40 x 2.00 m) and closet and a living/bedroom (walk-through room) with 1 double bed (1.40 x 2.00 m), as well as a table for 4 people with chairs, cable TV, hi-fi Facility and desk.
The kitchen is fully equipped with, among other things: electric stove, coffee machine, kitchenette, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, kettle, bathroom, shower, towels, sink, WLAN/Wifi.

The deposit is €100.00 and must be paid in cash upon arrival along with the remaining overnight costs.
Unfortunately, card payment is not possible.
Any additional overnight guests must be announced 24 hours in advance and their accommodation costs must be paid.
A deposit of €100.00 is required for booking. The deposit will be offset against the accommodation costs.

The immediate surroundings
The apartment is located at Großbeerenstraße 78A in Berlin-Kreuzberg in a central city location approx. 1.2 km away from Potsdamer Platz.
- There are shops (grocery and bakery) in the immediate vicinity.
- There are two grocery stores about 300 m away.
- There are several restaurants, pubs and bars in the immediate vicinity.
- In about 300 m is the traditional “Yorckschlösschen”, a typical Berlin pub with live music 3-4 times a week (jazz, rhythm & blues etc.)
The connection to the heart of Berlin
There are 3 subway lines 200-300 m away with the stations Möckernbrücke (U1, U3 and U7) and Mehringdamm (U6 and U7).
- There are several bus routes nearby.
- There are car parking spaces in the area.
How to find us
From Berlin BER Airport:
By bus X7 or 171 to the subway station “Rudow”.
Then take the subway (U7) to station “Möckernbrücke”
(approx. 3 min away from the apartment).
For a taxi the journey costs around €65.
From Berlin Central Station to the apartment:
By bus M 41 to the subway station “Hallesches Tor”.
(approx. 400 m to the apartment)
Take the U-Bahn (M5 – direction “Hönow”) to “Friedrichstrasse” station, then take the U-Bahn (U6 – direction “Alt-Mariendorf”) to “Mehringdamm” station (approx. 250 m to the apartment)
